Returns

Returns

What is the return period and which returns can be accepted?

Most of our customers chose their most compatible mat match and fall head over heels in love with their Ballerina and Milk & Honey. However, we know of course sometimes it just doesn't click once it arrives, so we are happy to extend a 14-day return timeframe.

You can return your mat to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long the cardboard shipment box is undamaged and the white protective paper has not been unwrapped and the wrap-around white logo paper is in tact.

We can only accept the product as a return if it is undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept any returns of mats that show signs of use.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches our office so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

Please feel free to get in touch via contact@pianellas.com anytime to discuss any part of this policy and your return in greater detail. We'd be happy to help.
